Vadovaudamasis Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2004 m. kovo 17 d. nutarimo Nr. 285 „Dėl Lietuvos Respublikos oro erdvės organizavimo taisyklių patvirtinimo“ 2 punktu:

2. Nurodau, kad šio įsakymo 1.1 – 1.2, papunkčiuose nurodytos formos pildomos anglų kalba, 1.3 – 1.4 papunkčiuose nurodytos formos pildomos lietuvių arba anglų kalba.
3. Šis įsakymas įsigalioja 2019 m. sausio 1 d.
4. I n f o r m u o j u, kad šis įsakymas nustatyta tvarka skelbiamas Teisės aktų registre ir Lietuvos transporto saugos administracijos interneto svetainėje.

TEMPORARY OPERATING AUTHORIZATION

This Temporary Operating Authorization is valid provided the following terms and conditions are observed:
1. Air carrier has a valid Air Operator Certificate.
2. Air carrier has a valid operating licence
3. The substantial ownership and effective control of air carrier are vested in the _____________________________________________ or its national, or both.
4. Flight schedules and amendments to them shall be submitted to the Lithuanian Transport Safety Administration not later than 30 days prior to the planned date of commencement of the service.
5. Carriage tariffs and terms of their application shall be submitted for the approval by the Lithuanian Transport Safety Administration not later than 30 days before the planned date of their application.
6. Air carrier shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania regarding entry into and departure from its territory of an aircraft.
7. Air carrier shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania regarding entry, clearance, transit, immigration, passports, customs and health or sanitary measures.
8. Air carrier shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania and European Parliament and of the Council regarding air passenger rights.
9. Air carrier has valid aircraft, passenger, cargo and third parties insurance certificates.
This permit may be suspended, revoked:
In the case of failure by air carrier to comply with the laws or regulations applicable within territory of the Republic of Lithuania relating to the admission to or departure from its territory of passengers, crew or cargo on aircraft ori n case of failure by air carrier to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations regarding air passenger rights.

Leidimas galioja 48 valandas nuo skrydžio grafike pažymėto išskridimo laiko. Tuo atveju, kai bet kuris skrydis, nurodytas tvarkaraštyje, neįvykdomas per 48 valandas, leidimas tam skrydžiui automatiškai panaikinamas.
The permit shall be valid for 48 hours after the planned time of departure indicated in the flight schedule. In the case any one flight fails to operate within 48hrs of the time of arrival or departure to or from territory of Lithuania, the Permit for that particular flight becomes automatically void.
